Objectives

  • Promoting a savings culture among the members by creating a savings scheme and engaging in other projects that generate income to run charity activities of the foundation as well as developing members.
  • Provide career guidance and counciling and other educational assistance to students. This is meant to help students in the career choices at an early stageof life.
  • Create a micro health scheme that will aim at providing members access to health care and related issues. The membership of this scheme ranges from direct beneficiaries in the foundation, organized village groups / associations and others who will believe in its use.
  • To acquire any estate or interest in and take options over , construct and develop any property ; real and personal or rights of any kind which appeal to be necessary or convenient for any activities and and operations of the association.
  • To improve, manage, utelise develop, let on lease or otherwise, mortgage , charge , sell, dispose of or grant rights and privileges in respect of or otherwise deal with all or any part of the property and rights of the association.
  • To install information, communication and technological facilities such as networked computers and internet facilities.
  • To construct and provide space for liberty services, a business association and a guest house for use by staff, visitors and other beneficiaries of the association.
  • To draw, make, accept ,endorse , discount execute, and issue cheques , promissory notes, bills of exchange, warrants ,debentures and other negotiable or non-negotiable instruments.
  • To enter into any arrangements with any government or authorities , supreme , municipal , local or otherwise or any corporations, companies of persons that may be deemed to conducive to the association’s objects or any of them and to obtain from any government , authority , corporation , company, person s or any persons , any charters , contracts , decrees , rights , privileges , licenses or concessions which the society may think desirable for the realization of the broad objects of the association.
  • To support and subscribe to any charitable or public object any institution, society or club which may be connected with any town or place where or community within which the association carries on business.
  • To remunerate any person, firm or company rendering services to the association whereby cash payment or otherwise.
  • To give pensions, gratuities or charitable aid to any person or persons who may have served the Company or to wives , children and other relatives of such persons to make payments towards insurance and to form and contribute to provident and to benefit funds for the benefit or any persons employed – by the association.
  • To amalgamate, network, or enter into lesser forms of union, parternship, joint venture, association or corporation with any company, association or associations having objects similar to those of the association or some of them.
  • To promote unity and bring together members of the cultural and economic enhancement and social welfare of the members.
  • To perform any other lawful activities as may be conducive, necessary for or incidental to the attainment and furtherance of the objectives herein contained or any of them.
